Learn to Run provides a fun, safe, and challenging environment where new and returning runners are educated on preparation for running, proper techniques, and are directed on how to address individual strengths and weaknesses.
Learn to Run sessions include dynamic warm up, training runs, cool downs, flexibility training, strength work, injury prevention, and core work. Participants will receive manuals to keep, LTR gift bag, complimentary Functional Movement Screen, and discounts off Marathon Physical Therapy services. Learn to Run is a 6-week program and culminates with a 5k Road Race. Spring Learn to Run Program Enrollment begins in January!
