Yoga Classes at Marathon: Marathon is pleased to offer small group yoga classes. Classes are ideal for those looking to improve body awareness, strength and flexibility. Our Yoga classes include Vinyasa, Restorative, Lengthen & Strengthen, Prenatal, Gentle Yoga for Breath, Core, and Pelvic Floor, and Gentle Yoga for Releasing the Pelvis.

Private Yoga Training: Design a personalized practice to meet your individual needs, whether it’s to learn the basic poses or take your practice to a deeper level to train for a race. Individual sessions by appointment only.

Private Sessions: Utilizing the Pilates apparatus: Tower Bar, Cadillac Table, Chair, and Reformer, private Pilates sessions improve core stabilization, posture and correct dysfunctional movement patterns.
