TELEHEALTH PHYSICAL THERAPY

Continuity and access to services are our priority. For when you are unable to participate in services onsite at a Marathon clinic, we are pleased to offer Telehealth Physical Therapy and Fitness & Wellness Coaching online.

Telehealth Physical Therapy

What you should know about Telehealth PT -

  • Telehealth Physical Therapy is available to our current patients.
  • Sessions are 1:1 with your therapist, and 20-30 minutes in length.
  • Patients should expect a full PT session without the "hands-on" manual therapy component. Exercise, education, and updating your plan of care will be included.
  • Payment - please complete the form on this page and a patient service specialist will contact you to discuss as each insurance plan is different.

Lastly, here is your free Home Fitness Program! If you are an active physical therapy patient, please consult with your physical therapist before beginning this or any new fitness routine.

Participation Requirements

If a patient does not have a Google account, participation in a Telehealth Physical Therapy or Fitness Coaching session must be through a computer or laptop. Otherwise, please create a Google account or contact our clinic for other options.

Important Patient Information

  1. Patient understands and agrees that the provider determines whether the condition being diagnosed and/or treated is appropriate for a telemedicine encounter.
  2. That all medical reports resulting from a telemedicine consultation are part of a patient’s medical record.
  3. That the patient is entitled to all existing confidentiality protections under law, such as HIPAA and other federal and state privacy and security laws.
  4. That notwithstanding the privacy and security measures in place, such as data encryption and authentication protocols, there remain risks to privacy; and, as noted above.
  5. Risk of faulty technology caused by, among other potential sources, electromagnetic interference.
